Also, for any homemade ice cream with a fine texture, it is necessary to beat the mixture to obtain a fluffy consistency. If you have an ice cream machine, you can do this directly separately, and ice crystals will already form in this process. If not, you can use one mixer.
Only after you do these steps will you be able to put the mixture in an tray that you will keep in the freezer for a few hours.
Pancakes with caramelized bananas and ice cream

- black chocolate

- Slice frozen bananas and chop the nectarines.
- Add the bananas to the blender. I used an Optimum 9200 which is very powerful.
- Pour the resulting cream into a tray.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Add the sugar. Stir until melted.
- Add the chopped nectarines. Stir over low-medium heat for about 10 minutes, until they become "sweet".
- Pour the caramelized nectarines over the cream in the pan. Mix.
- Put the tray in the freezer for at least 5 hours, or overnight.
- Every hour, for the first 3 hours, mix the ice cream with a spoon. This way it will freeze keeping its creaminess.
- Serve ice cream with the toppings mentioned above.

a really decadent dessert, it was hard to stay away from it and it didn't last more than two days :) I didn't serve it with caramel sauce, but do you have any recommendation for how I could make it at home ? I don't give a damn about the taste in the trade, it's slightly chemical.

I have what I have with bananas, ice cream and milk & that is I like it a lot :). The drink below is a mix of all 3, to which we add a little whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish.
- 1 banana
- 1 generous spoon of ice cream (vanilla)
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 blender
- optionally a few ice cubes
- whipped cream
Put the bananas and milk in a blender and blend them well, then at the end add ice cream and mix for a few seconds.

The first meeting with this dessert was 3-4 years ago a friend of mine praised them so much that I had to convince them. I think I ate 3 servings that day (don't do as I do if you care about your figure) and I've kept making them on different occasions since then. It's a recipe that is too simple and too good not to share with you! The dessert consists of banana slices covered with a tempura dough, then fried in an oil bath until golden and crispy. The final touch is the caramel sauce that you can make either with whipped cream, or just with sugar and water. I prefer the latter option so you get a clear, clear caramel sauce that highlights the aroma of bananas and so intensified by baking. A cup of ice cream would already be a decadence!
For the dough you need: 250g white flour, sifted, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 cinnamon powder, 350ml mineral water (you can also use beer or apple cider). In addition, you will need 5-6 well-ripened but firm bananas and oil for frying.
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan over medium to high heat.
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and cinnamon, then add the mineral water and mix quickly with a whisk. Cut the bananas into slices about 1cm thick. Soak each slice of banana in the dough prepared earlier then release it in the hot oil. Fry until golden on all sides and drain well.
For the caramel sauce you need: 150g white sugar, 75ml water, 1 pinch of salt.
Melt the sugar until golden and set aside and add water and salt. Be careful because it may splash and will definitely emit steam that is extremely hot. Turn the pot over and bring to the boil, just enough to melt the sugar. Set aside to cool. The sauce can be prepared before frying the bananas.
All you have to do is soak the fried bananas in caramel sauce. Enjoy your meal!

Puff pastry with caramelized bananas
This topping prepared from crushed bananas, mixed with sweet and creamy cottage cheese and spices with a warm taste is very healthy and really tasty put on a puff pastry. And the honey with which it is sprinkled makes it perfect for a sweet snack.
